Indore NEET UG Case Update:

The much-anticipated hearing in the Indore NEET UG case, initially scheduled for May 29, did not take place as expected. The next hearing is now rescheduled for June 5, 2025.

To recap, the case revolves around technical issues, particularly power outages at several examination centers in Indore and Ujjain, affecting over 2,000 candidates. Petitioners have argued for a re-examination or alternative relief due to inadequate exam conditions, such as dim lighting and candle-lit exam halls, which severely impacted students’ performance.

The NTA had earlier admitted that 18 centres in Indore and 6 in Ujjain faced disruptions during the exam. However, the agency also claimed the overall exam was conducted peacefully. The outcome of this case could significantly impact result timelines and fairness for all candidates involved.

NEET UG 2025 Answer Key Update:

On a more immediate note, the Provisional Answer Key for NEET UG 2025 is expected to be released today or by tomorrow on the official NTA website. Once released, candidates will be allowed to challenge the answer key within a stipulated time frame by paying a nominal fee per question.

This is a crucial phase in the NEET UG evaluation process, as it gives students the opportunity to report any discrepancies before the final results are announced.
